1. Brief Introduction of Achievements

The DN80 pipeline cleaning robot is a new generation of cleaning robot independently developed by the project team. It is mainly used to clean the inside of stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 80mm. It can reduce the workload of cleaning stainless steel pipes and improve the cleaning efficiency. This type of robot has made breakthroughs in the domestic micro-pipe diameter large driving force robot technology; breakthroughs in the walking design technology of large curvature curved pipes; high cleanliness material and structural design technology, including walking wheels, cables and other parts in contact with the pipe; cleaning unit design and testing technology; and innovations in the design of micro-key components and whole machine integration.

The pipeline robot is an integrated system of machinery, electricity, and instrumentation that can control and walk along the inside of multi-diameter pipelines, carry one or more construction and inspection modules, and perform a series of pipeline operations under the remote control of the staff or the automatic control of the computer. The pipeline robot currently developed by the project team has been finalized, with a wide range of functions and broad application prospects.
