[News] Global Premiere | Ton-Level Wide-Area Heavy-Oil Heavy-Load UAV Hump 1000H Officially Released

UAV

On Asia General Aviation Exhibition grandly opened, and Hump Aviation Technology made its official debut and global premiere of the Hump 1000H ton-level wide-area heavy-oil heavy-load unmanned helicopter, attracting numerous professional visitors to the site.

01 Product Parameters

As the "compact flagship" in the ton-level heavy-load UAV field, the Hump 1000H continues the Hump series' consistent "high integration" design philosophy and reshapes the industry's imagination of ton-level UAVs through a groundbreaking technological breakthrough.

UAV

Ultra-Large Payload, Empowering Aerial Transport Operations

The Hump 1000H achieves hardcore specifications with a maximum takeoff weight of 1000 kg and an effective payload of 500 kg. It innovatively integrates the entire aircraft, along with fuel support equipment, maintenance tools, command and control communication subsystems, and the whole operational unit, into a single C-license light off-road cabin vehicle. This design challenges the engineering limits akin to "fitting an elephant into a refrigerator," successfully addressing industry pain points such as the bulky size, deployment limitations, and transportation inconveniences of traditional ton-level UAVs.

Conquering Extreme Environments, Tailored for Harsh Conditions

With its compact yet robust design, the Hump 1000H can quickly reach and operate immediately in complex environments such as plateaus, mountains, deserts, and disaster sites, significantly improving transportation and deployment efficiency. It provides reliable support for emergency rescue, civilian transport, and special missions. It is not just a UAV but a "high-mobility aerial operation solution," opening up new spaces for heavy-load UAV applications in diverse and restricted takeoff/landing sites.

02 RISE Product Philosophy

Four Core Genes, Driving Extreme Missions

At the launch site, Hump Aviation Technology simultaneously released its unique "RISE product philosophy," incorporating military-grade reliability, intelligent integration, safety and ease of use, and high efficiency and economy as the four core genes into the full lifecycle design of ton-level wide-area heavy-oil heavy-load UAVs.

R · Reliable & Redundant

Built on military-grade reliability, the Hump series has accumulated over 10,000 hours of safe operations and completed full-domain flight tests in extreme environments such as plateaus, oceans, and deserts.

The dual-redundancy flight control avionics architecture (flight control computer, servos, actuators, power management, inertial navigation, data links, and payload control) ensures safe flight even in the event of a single-point failure, providing absolute safety assurance for lives and materials in extreme mission environments like sandstorms, blizzards, isolated islands, and high mountains.

I · Intelligent & Integrated

Utilizing adaptive control algorithms to precisely suppress swinging of suspended materials, achieving stable delivery in remote heavy-load sling operations. For different scenarios, it can quickly switch integrated mission modules—the emergency version integrates four major functions: reconnaissance, firefighting, aid delivery, and communication enhancement. The modular mounting system supports quick-release and quick-change solutions for firefighting bombs, buckets, electro-optical pods, medical cabins, etc., enabling one aircraft to cover full-chain missions and achieve multi-functionality + vehicle-aircraft-user trinity.

S · Safe & Simple

The Hump 1000H UAV is equipped with military-standard safety features such as heavy-oil engines and explosion-proof fuel tanks, eliminating risks to flight personnel and reducing the probability of secondary disasters. The streamlined operation team requires only 2 people (a 66% reduction compared to traditional setups), paired with a light cabin vehicle that can be driven with a C license, allowing deployment or withdrawal in just 15 minutes—simplifying heavy-load operations and making them readily accessible.

E · Effective & Economic

A single aircraft can deliver up to 1 ton of materials per hour, improving efficiency nearly a hundredfold compared to traditional manual operations, revolutionizing special logistics modes in mountainous areas, disaster zones, etc. No need for airports or runways, with overall procurement and operational costs significantly lower than manned helicopters; a payload ratio of up to 50% (leading in the same class), unleashing flagship-level energy in a compact body and restructuring industry cost logic.

RISE is not just a set of technical philosophies but also the Hump UAV's operational commitment to extreme missions—ensuring every task is completed with reliability, intelligence, safety, and efficiency.

03 Scenario Applications

Redefining the Boundaries of Ton-Level UAVs

The Hump 1000H, with its ton-level payload, long endurance, all-weather performance, and full-terrain adaptability, represents an evolution in heavy-load UAV design. Its breakthrough "physical limit compression" concept, combined with advanced composite materials and lightweight manufacturing, endows the aircraft with rare mobility and efficiency ratios in its class, achieving both large payload and flexible maneuverability on the same platform.

Scenario Implementation, Empowering Traditional Industry Upgrades

Whether for emergency material supply in earthquake disaster areas, long-distance transport in plateau border defenses, or regular support for desert oil and gas facilities, the Hump 1000H tandem UAV operation system can be deployed at the first moment—simplifying complexities, bridging distances, and providing solid protection for lives and property.
