1. Brief introduction of achievements

This project mainly includes high-performance slotless brushless motors, high-performance slotted micro motors, high-speed motors (fans), advanced drive controllers and other products. The main demanders are weapons and equipment research and development units, petroleum and petrochemical equipment fields, drones, robots and high-end industrial equipment. Foreign high-end products are affected by the embargo, and the motor products sold in China are all industrial-grade products, and they are several years behind their cutting-edge level. In the case that the performance of equipment in various fields needs to be further improved, motor products as core components are subject to others, or there is a clear generation gap in technology level, which will have a significant negative impact on all walks of life, greatly reduce the performance indicators of our products, and further affect the core competitiveness. And as an industrial product, its environmental tolerance, reliability, and extreme use conditions are all subject to great restrictions, and the user units will have greater quality risks, progress risks, reliability risks, and supply risks. Based on the strong micro-motor design, process and quality management capabilities of the achievement unit, the military technology is transformed into high-performance products urgently needed by various industries to participate in national construction, which will greatly make up for the shortcomings of various industries, avoid the risks brought by imported products and low-end products, and also provide new industrial breakthroughs for the development of the micro-motor industry.

Applied to weapons and equipment research and development units, petroleum and petrochemical equipment, drones, robots and high-end industrial equipment.

3. Application prospects

Slotless and brushless high-performance motors are replaced by localization. At present, various types of foreign slotless and brushless motors have an annual market share of about 600 million yuan in my country, and are widely used in the field of weapons and equipment. This project is an important support for localization substitution, and gradually completely replaces foreign industrial products.

(1) In the medical and health field, a large number of bone drills, cranial drills, surgical robots, artificial lungs, blood pumps, CT equipment and other medical devices are actively being developed domestically, and there is a huge demand for various high-end special motors;

(2) In the machine tool field, spindle motors and three-coordinate measurement also have existing demand;

(3) The demand for power modules in the field of high-end robots, carbon peak, carbon neutrality, and environmental protection requirements all provide demand for new fans and high-speed motors;

(4) The development of the intelligent equipment industry also provides a market foundation for the development of the high-performance motor industry.
