[Insight] Clean energy elements that cannot be ignored in China's Victory Day Parade

Updated: 5 days ago

China's Victory Day Parade

September 3, 2025, China reaffirmed historical justice with a military parade in Tiananmen Square, Beijing. This military parade was undoubtedly the grandest military parade in human history.

While global media focused on the new weapons displayed by China, REBIO GROUP, which has been deeply engaged in clean energy for nearly 20 years, must focus on the clean energy elements that cannot be ignored in the military parade.

[1] Pure electric sweepers

Before the parade troops officially entered the venue, a team of BYD's third-generation pure electric sweepers drove onto Chang'an Avenue first. They were the "No. 0 formation" in the military parade. This batch of pure electric sweepers, consisting of T18 and T7B models, integrated 10 operating modes such as washing and high-pressure flushing. Thanks to the lithium iron phosphate battery, the vehicles can work for 8 hours at full load, with zero emissions and low noise throughout the process. They save 15% energy compared to traditional sweepers and are truly green and environmentally friendly. From its first present in military parade in 2015, to its intelligent upgrade in 2019, and then to the third-generation product powered by blade batteries and electric drive technology in 2025, BYD electric vehicles have been running on Chang'an Avenue for a full decade. They are not only a business card for "Made in China", but also a witness to the growth and confidence of the new energy industry.

[2] 40-ton hybrid tank

Using a diesel-electric hybrid system

  • Maximum speed of 85 kilometers and extended range

  • Supporting electric drive + diesel switching

  • Tactical advantage: Powering modern equipment such as laser weapons and electromagnetic jammers

  • Battery performance: Requires higher energy density and greater safety

[3] Tractor of the salute cannon

96 digital salutes are neatly arranged along Chang'an Avenue. The traction is done by the new EQ2100-L pure electric tactical chassis.

  • Power battery: 150kWh lithium iron phosphate soft pack module

  • Energy replenishment efficiency: 80% fast charge in 30 minutes

  • Quiet performance: 18 decibels lower

[4] DF-61 improved launch vehicle

The most anticipated DF-61 improved intercontinental missile launch vehicle is equipped with a solid-state lithium battery pack for the first time.

  • Energy density: 38% higher than the traditional liquid-cooled ternary system

  • Weight: 26% lower, maneuverability

  • Stronger low-temperature performance: worry-free cold start at -40℃

  • Safety: solid electrolyte is non-flammable and leak-proof

This upgrade allows the launch vehicle to travel 500 kilometers silently without an external diesel engine, truly achieving "stealth and sharp sword".

[5] Individual exoskeleton

The new generation of graphene-lithium polymer flexible batteries is only 2mm thick, can be bent 180°, and has a capacity of 20A.

  • Battery life: drives the exoskeleton motor for 4 hours

  • Safety design: will not catch fire even if hit by shrapnel

  • Combat advantages: reduces the load, allowing the flag bearer to walk more steadily

The Chinese self-developed and produced individual exoskeleton system, which we have previously released, was displayed in this military parade.

In fact, major media around the world are closely watching and deeply interpreting the Beijing military parade, and are even discussing in depth the topics of [China's lavish military parade could signal an attempted shift in world order] and [China’s impressive military parade masked shortcomings]. We want to say that through this military parade, China has demonstrated to the world China's strength and determination to maintain peace. Just as China is accelerating its solemn commitment to reaching carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 through concrete actions in all dimensions,

September 2, 1945, Japan signed its surrender aboard the USS Missouri, but China designated the following day as the Victory Day of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. September 3rd marks the first time that the Chinese nation has legally established a complete victory in a war against aggression.

China, influenced for 2,000 years by the "ideology of great unity" and the teachings of Confucius and Mencius, was bound to explode with extraordinary efficiency and rapid development under the so-called "dictatorial" rule of the Chinese Communist Party. In fact, today's China is already the most powerful industrial empire in the history of human civilization, surpassing the United States during World War II. This astonishing achievement has been achieved in less than 50 years, from the official implementation of "reform and opening" up" in 1978 to the present day. Therefore, the founder of REBIO GROUOP, Mr. Eric Yuan, predicted in 2018 that almost all of China's industries would inevitably "spill over," requiring them to "go global" to absorb excess capacity. Sure enough, the Chinese government quickly utilized the "Belt and Road Initiative" to export not only "Chinese products" but, more importantly, "China value chain" to the global South. More eloquently, this is the "global distribution of Chinese industrial value chain."

China may be the only country in the world that consistently educates its citizens on patriotism related to the "Century of National Humiliation." However, the Chinese government has consistently emphasized to its citizens that the purpose of remembering history is not revenge, but to prevent the recurrence of humiliating history. The only way to ensure this is through continuous effort.

Based on the above judgment and existing industrial resources, Mr. Eric Yuan decided to focus on helping Chinese companies in renewable energy and biomedicare expand globally, while also bring in. Thus, he founded the company RE (Renewable Energy) BIO (Biomedicare). Since the founding, REBIO GROUP's business has expanded into South Africa's solar value chain, East Africa's IVD value chain, Latin America's energy storage systems, robotics for solar power plants in the Middle East, and cross-border healthcare in Egypt. Of course, these are just the beginning.

As the China News Agency noted in an editorial following the Victory Day parade, "From now on, China can look upon the world with equal eyes." In fact, countries and companies should always treat each other as equals and collaborate on equal terms. REBIO GROUP has long been committed to fostering an atmosphere of equality, mutual assistance, and value exchange for its upstream and downstream partners in international cooperation, empowering everyone and enabling them to share a better life.
